C.G. Jung´s theories of the Archetypes are thoroughly explained and matched with recent theories within linguistics, biology, anthropology, history of religions, mythology and theoretical physics.
One particular chapter is devoted to to basic positions within psychology, however, this is not a psychological textbook.
Pia Skogemanns intention on the one hand is to show that modern scientific theories in fundamentally different fields seem to reaffirm the fruitfulness of Jung´s psychological models and on the other hand that a new emerging worldperspective needs a psychological framework to successfully deal with its inherent issues.
The book has been published in Denmark and Sweden.
